Developing a bionic person/ And if it were for the military?
Would I support the development of a “bionic” person and would my view change if it were for a military purpose? Technology has often been developed by the military before reaching the private sector. The internet is the perfect example and like all technology has the potential to be used in constructive or destructive ways. I honestly don’t have a very strong opinion on the development of a bionic person. It has the potential to benefit disabled people and if the option is available and that is the path they choose I support them. With the development of all new technology there is always a cost benefit analysis and if someone is willing to pay for it then I see no problem. The problem is people not technology, although I suppose pro gun supporters use that argument and I couldn’t disagree more.
